RUN WORKOUTS

Track workouts are conducted Wednesdays at 6:00 p.m. at Thomas Worthington High School (161 and 315). If there’s an event on the track, meet at the Antrim Park entrance.

These workouts are speed and interval training and modified for all paces

Run season is typically early April until the first week in September, weather permitting. Check the Yahoo group or calendar for specific dates.
